We have structured Tate & Lyle Ventures in this way to enable objective investment decisions to be made without influence from day to day business issues within Tate & Lyle. It also means we can co-invest with other investors and fulfill our role with the companies we back by helping them grow into profitable, successful businesses for the entrepreneurs who create them.
